Terms of sale.

These Terms apply to any service ordered from OMNIRK by a professional client and prevail over any other document.

SEO + GEO audit, monthly engagements (Starter €490/mo, Growth €1,490/mo, Domination from €3,900/mo), content production, technical optimization, link building, reporting.

All orders follow a written quote. The contract is formed upon signature of the quote and payment of the first monthly fee or setup fee.

Prices excl. tax. Payment by wire transfer or SEPA direct debit, monthly fees in advance. Late payments incur interest at the ECB rate +10 pts plus €40 fixed indemnity.

Minimum 3-month commitment on recurring packs, tacit monthly renewal. Termination by registered mail with 30 days notice.

The client provides all required access (CMS, Search Console, Analytics, hosting) and signs off deliverables within 7 days.

OMNIRK has a best-efforts obligation. Search engine and AI rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. OMNIRK may cite the client as a reference unless objected in writing.

Mutual confidentiality applies for the duration of the contract and 3 years after.

OMNIRK liability is capped at the fees actually received over the past 6 months.

Neither party is liable for non-performance due to force majeure under article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

French law. Paris Commercial Court has jurisdiction.
